  The carpet and pad are of very good quality. The install took less time than I thought for the amount done. A few negatives are that the installers used the old trim pieces that separated the upstairs bathrooms (these were gold) and were reused with whatever nails they could find or none at all. The walls coming down the stairs were marked up pretty good in places and will need to be touched up. I felt that there was a large amount of carpet not used that added to the cost of the job (one piece left was over 50 square feet with others they took including 1 I specifically asked to keep).

  Mark was great from the start, not overpromising the job but assuring me that he would make sure things went smoothly, and they did. The installers, Ronny and John were very skilled and worked extremely hard. They got the flooring installed in the time frame promised. We're very pleased with the Carpet Mill Outlet Store in Thornton.

  Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive, with helpful recommendations anytime we asked for them while still listening to our specific vision for our home. The carpet we got looks and feels incredible, and Miguel and Alan did a great (and quick) job with the installation. We’re so happy to be comfortable in our new home. Thank you!

  Mark was excellent to work with. He helped us out of a frustrating situation with another company that did not come through. He provided quick and friendly service. Our carpet was installed yesterday. Yeah, it looks great! Thank you!

  Mark at the Thornton location really helped me out with a remodel project in my basement. I was pulling out some old carpet and wanted to really change the feel of the room, and go with something durable and easy to maintain. He came out the same day I contacted them over the web and measured the room and gave me some great suggestions for a staircase going to the basement. Came in the following Saturday and ordered new Coretec floor. He also had some Stainmaster carpet remnants to replace the carpet on the existing stairs which worked out great. The installs went well and I'm very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Carpet Mill and Mark at the Thornton location. Great customer service and amazing results.
