If you have Navaho or Oriental Rugs, you will get the best care and repair that you could ask for. I wouldn't even consider another place in the area. Over the years my my Mom or I have tried them all.
They can also identify where and usually when your rug was made and the approximate value. They are able to identify if you have a Navaho or a copy and whether the rug was made for sale at the markets or are an upper end rug.

I am writing this review not because I have used him personally, but because I am another professional in the field, and have visited Roberts facility and have used his expertise on certain occasions. I have got to say he runs the best rug facility that I have ever experienced, with the most knowledgeable staff not just Robert himself. It gives me something to strive for every day to get better. His staff is so professional and helpful, they have never turned me away for advice and are always willing to help. His team has a true passion and love for rugs and just want to make sure that all the correct things are being done to these works of art. Every person I have met from the office staff, rug washers, and repair staff are second to none. If I was in the area and needed cleanings, I know for a fact my rugs would be going to Robert and his team. Thank you Mann rugs and keep up the excellent work and customer service!

Fabulous work. My oriental rugs were expertly repaired and cleaned so well that they are vibrant and lovely once again. Pick up and delivery were easily scheduled and on time. Great staff, helpful and informative.

They do such a great job! They’re so knowledgeable about different rugs and fibers and won’t hesitate to discuss the best option for cleaning your rug. Both teams who picked up and returned the rugs were extremely respectful and friendly. Art and Jon delivered my cleaned rugs and new pad. They even removed their shoes! I cannot recommend this Co. enough! Pricey, but worth it! Thank you!!!

I collaborated with Eric at Robert Mann Rugs and found his customer service and technical knowledge superb. He was able to advise me on what made some area rugs less valued than others and on what type of rugs were more valued. He also educated me about different types of rugs and prices on the market today than in the past. He exhibited warmth, an ability to speak at different levels based on the degree of knowledge of his audience, and a patience in advising clients.

We have a 27 year old and 16 year old that needed cleaning. I was thrilled to receive them back as good as new! Also, the service we received via phone consultation and email from Robert about our concerns, scheduling, and the pick-up and delivery gentlemen was beyond compare.

I couldn't be more pleased with this rug cleaning experience with Robert Mann. We feel like we have a new rug! Most importantly, the cleaning itself was fantastic and our white wool rug returned home looking almost brand new. They also have great customer service, both with the office staff and those that pick up and deliver the rug. We will definitely use them again and again.

Everything about my experience was amazing from start to finish. I had an oriental rug cleaned with several stains on it. It came back with the stains gone but the colors were also so much brighter. I also had a wool, woven table runner that my 2-year old cut with scissors. They repaired that as well and neither my wife nor I could even find where it had been cut. The prices are a bit higher than other places but I was very pleased. The standard cleaning price was $4/sq. ft and the lowest I found was $3.25/sq. ft. What really sold me is that I read a review of an out-of-state rug cleaning store that sent a rug they had problems with to Mann Rugs to have it fixed. Amazing!

We have had a variety of textiles cleaned and restored from fine blankets to bulky rugs to our complete satisfaction. Robert Mann Rugs are the best restorers in the United States. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

Robert Mann Rugs staff, are professional and knowledgeable. I had a very old rug I got years ago. I was surprised at how soft and shiny it was after the cleaning. There was also a small cigarette burn in the rug and you can barely tell its there now. I would recommend using Robert Mann Rugs for all your rugs.
