Awesome place to purchase a Harley Davidson. They have 105 years in business, so they have to be something right.

In 2004 I came all the way from Tennessee to buy my 2005 Night Train! Bought it over the phone, good salesman . He knew I was from out of state, still picked out the bike, serviced it, did the paperwork, ready to ride! I arrived the next Saturday , finished the paperwork, paid for it on my MC, got it registered at my daughter's house, got my insurance and was on the road in less than 2 hours! What a team!!! Oh yea, absolute total cost to get on the road was less than dealers in Tennessee wanted without taxes or anything else ! Figured I actually saved $ 2,800.00 with one phone call!

Every time I go there it's a nightmare. The service department at best is lackluster. They actually did a service and didn't do what they said they did in the report. Would not recommend unless you have the general managers phone number on hand to get to work fixed.

Horrible experience. Took my bike here because it intermittently shuts off at highway speeds or shortly after exiting when I pull the clutch in and the girl at the desk said "maybe you don't know how to use the throttle correctly". Who the hell do you think you are. I've been riding for 8+ years, I think I know what I'm doing. Thanks for the insult. And after they suggested I "get a friend to ride it and see if it still happens" they still charged me 100 bucks. 100 dollars to listen to some yahoo insult me over and over again. Will not be returning. Will be sharing my experience everywhere.

5:05pm while finishing up selection of another item I was getting ready to purchase I was very rudely reminded by the parts counter that I needed to hurry up and get what I needed because they closed at 5pm. Needless to say, I laid down all items I was getting ready to purchase and left. This place will no longer get my business.

I've been a customer at Farrows' since purchasing my '94 Softail Custom. My 1st H.D. after growing up on dirt then "Rice-Rockets". My Lady and I left and Our lives changed. I had that same feeling recently almost 25 years later and other Scooter purchases, Service Dept., and quality Parts and Accessories during that time ; The Staff is just Awesome and Professional with knowledge and friendly Customer Service overall in all departments. Thanks again, A.D. Farrow Harley Davidson 😎👍✌Love the New Street Glide Special with your taste in accessories. The Milwaukee Motor and other '17 model Ride is great. Great Job and Thank you all.

Went there to return a shirt which I ordered for my father from the Harley shop on-line. The lady at the counter rolled her eyes as I approached and said "no refunds today". I asked f I could exchange the shirt, she said "I doubt it but let me check" she came back and said no even though the recipt listed them as the "selling dealer" and the backside of the recipt said I could return the merchandise at their store. Pretty much refused and told me to send it back in. Waste of my time.

This is where I got my first bike 06 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 back in 2008. I probably paid a little bit more than what I should have but to be truthful I couldn't care less I enjoyed my bike I owned it for several years longer than most people would have owned their first bike in fact I didn't get rid of my bike until 2015 when I upgraded to a Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic. Great place to buy a brand new Harley and their service department is super friendly and their parts department is also really friendly. One of only three places I recommend people shopping for a new or used bike.

The men like to talk under their breath about people and this is more than once. However the girls who work on the inside make up for their behavior. Selection is decent for the size of the store. Convenient downtown location.
