I have visited three times now to purchase celebration cakes for my pups. Let me tell you, the customer service is just awful. The owner is rude and unfriendly. She doesn't greet you, let alone your dogs. YOU WORK AT A DOG BAKERY, c'mon now. However, the treats and cakes look awesome and my dogs drool over them. Employees need to work on their attitude and service.

Our little dog pretty much loves anything from this place. Parking is an issue, but that is anywhere in the Short North. Customer service seems to depend on the day, sometimes great, sometimes almost non-existent.

Very cute store with some fun treats for your pup. The treats seem very good quality, and they should be for the high price. Parking is definitely an issue, but that is just the nature of the area.

The staff ALWAYS is attentive and all LOVE dogs. They remember the animals name even after just a few visits. Their treats are a hit with every dog we have given them to!

Dealing with my daughter"s dog who is not trained. Still overly excited about human contact. Owner or employee happily placed my order over phone and brought the treats and receipt to the door for me, after collecting my credit card.
After that struggle, she didn't care too much for the product *sigh*
Only reason for the 4 instead of 5. Eventually ate the imitation ice cream thingbut not the brownie cake.

Love the idea of this bakery. Was thrilled when I heard about it! Sadly I have worked with more than one person at this location and both of them were very rude to me. Sad to say I won't be going back.

While the store is well organized and clean, there is a very poor selection of supplies available. Also, there are several treat options there that are known to potentially cause foreign body intestinal obstructions and perforations in dogs, such as raw hide bones. In addition, the owner was rude and unsociable at the checkout counter. There are multiple other pet store options in the Columbus area with a better selection of items and more professional service.
