Great service and quick turnaround times on repairs. I towed my bike in not knowing what the problem was, then a day or so later Ray called and informed me my coils were the problem. I gave him the go to fix it and within the next few days I received another call saying my bike was done. It has been riding like new every since. Thanks for the great service and quality guys!

I have had these guys work on my bike multiple times and couldn’t be more pleased. There are multiple other bike shops much closer to me but I drive the extra distance because I trust these guys. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!

Helped me liquidate an old bike that had been gathering dust in the shed. Everyone friendly & helpful even gave me a T shirt. Nice guys. If wanted to get another bike I 'd call them 1st.

I live in SC and bought a '99 Sporty from Pam 'sight unseen'. Pam accurately represented the bike and I was quite surprised at the great condition it was in when I received it. We took care of all paperwork via email, which was a breeze. Independent made arrangements for delivery and it arrived a week earlier than expected. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

It would rather give no stars but google doesn't let me post a review withoutI wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last motorcycle place around, my husband gave it a second try even though after the first time he had put a deposit on a bike and when he went back the next morning the associate Pamela Rocco sold it, didn't even have the decency to call him instead made him waste his time on going back to the store to find out the bike was sold. Then the second time he figured let's give it another try giving the store the benefit of the doubt that it was a one time mistake but instead this time she ran both our credits and told him he was approved asked for a deposit to hold the bike and even let us put a sold sign on the bike, but when he went back to sign the final papers she told him that he was declined after telling him the day before he was approved again didn't have the professionalism to call instead making us waste another half day of work. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Just picked up a 2012 Harley VRod Muscle from Justin Adams on Thursday (3/30/2017) and couldn't be happier!
Justin was a great salesman and DIDN'T put any pressure on me just to "make a sale". Not to mention he was very informative and helpful with my trade in.
And Pam Rocco was a breeze to do the financing with and very knowledgeable about the entire process.

I'm super stoked for this riding season with my new bike thanks to the help of Independent!

I look forward to coming back to have my bike maintained with KC in service, I'm sure the shop runs as smooth as the sales department and it will be a painless experience there as well!

I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a new bike or just need your bike serviced.
I can tell you first hand they care about their customers and your "toys" like they are their own!

Definitely the motorcycles stores in Columbus are, knows a lot about customer service, nice bikes although only sell used models, they have a wide variety of brands and models, from racing (sport) to cruisers, something for everyone.

Bought a 2017 Razkull 125cc ssr pit bike and they were very helpful and not pushy about purchasing it. They met all my expectations and more. Even If you are out of state its worth the visit.

I have an old motorcycle, 1983 Yamaha Virago. It's hard to get parts. I recently had this company service my bike. Everyone at this shop is friendly and courteous. I am very satisfied with their work. I give this company 5 Stars. Thanks.
