I was a huge fan of the original 930 Club, and had my hesitation about this venue replacing it. Boy was that misguided! Nearly everything is great about this new place, but it's always a good idea to get there a little bit early so you can get a good spot to be able to see the band. Probably a good idea to call ahead and find out what time the acts go on so you can plan your trip accordingly. Love this place and plan to return many many times

The best rock and roll club in the mid-Atlantic with multiple bars serving a wide range of brews, clean and modern restrooms, great sightlines, and sensible security. But excellent sound is the key, and this place has one of the best sound systems that is a dream in the hands of the right sound engineer. Their Friends with Benefits frequent patron program offers lots of perks, from food and merch discounts to special ticket offers. I'm a fan!

Just an awesome venue for smaller shows. Plenty of floor space for younger hipper people like myself and also upstairs seating for those inclined to do so. Food and drinks available ringing the floor so you are never without. Also surprisingly clean bathrooms. Nearby parking is a little pricey but its DC so eh.

Came here for silversun pickups and minus the bear concert. Great venue that had a lot of people attending. The bar was quick service for how many people were there crowded around. Drinks are expensive but it’s a place for concerts so understandable. Tickets change prices depending on who goes but overall great place and there’s a parking spot right nearby which helps out tremendously.

The best rock club in the area. If you have the option, see every band here.

Pro tip: arrive early and get a drink down stairs. The smaller bar will give you more attention, you can order a proper cocktail.

I've been to 4 concerts at the 930 club spread out over years. Staff has always been professional and nice. The venue has been kept up and improved a lot inside. Favorite venue in DC/Maryland area. Buy their parking pass.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was fortunate enough to get there early and we got to enjoy the lounge area downstairs (which is very unusual for venues). Will definitely be coming back to bands!

Very nice club. It has wonderful atmosphere, but can still get crowded and packed even with the second floor that they sometimes don’t open. Location could have been better though.

its not a stadium or ultra big, which is a good thing because it makes it a more intimate musical experience for me.
have seen many great shows at this place. the area where its located is very lively as well.

Nice venue to see some good bands that come through at a pretty affordable price. Tickets sell out really fast sometimes (like within seconds) for big bands. Solid standing room and can enjoy a drink/food from the bar area during the show if you can push through the crowd.

Historic music venue and absolutely the BEST place to watch a show. The 930 club always hosts the best musicians! Whether top artists or up and coming, every show is incredible. There is 3 bars which makes it easy to get a drink, the crowd is always good, and the energy poppin. Make sure to visit during one of the Throwback Dance Parties too!!

Great venue, large enough to fit a good sized crowd but still feel like an intimate concert. Pretty good selection at the bar, too. Highly recommend coming to see your favorite bands.

9:30 is a DC legend as a music venue. Holds around 1200 people and host all types of acts. The owners have changed throughout the years and so has the level of service. Good floor space along with a decent balcony with good site lines. Most importantly, the sound is amazing!

Cool place in a happening part of DC. It's a smaller venue which makes the music experience a bit more intimate. It has a floor level and a balcony to get a better view of the band. It also has 3 bars to fuel the fire. There is a small parking lot that's first come first serve but I'm not sure about the costs

Been going to the 9:30 club longer than I want to admit. It's moved a couple of times I believe. This location was fairly easy to get to. We paid for parking and it was hassle free. I have back issues and am recovering from a broken leg so it was rough standing for the few hours we were there. I did not see any seats. We were at the back of the room but could still see the show perfectly. The bar was packed but I got drinks easily. All of the staff were nice and helpful.
