If you are in for quick eats it is a good stop, they have pizza, sandwiches, buffet etc. Like most campus cafeterias. The little sushi bar is awesome.
Food was okay prices are decent overall pretty good place to eat
Bland overpriced buffet. Food is weighed and you are charged accordingly. Many of the menu items are overcook, undercooked, or dry, as they have been left sitting in the buffet for a while. Designed mostly for college students who still haven't developed a sophisticated palate.
Quick, easy and basic food selection. Will safe your hungry stomach :)
Good variety of foods with expected quality for buffets at lunch and dinner. Prices are fair but could be more competitive for comparable delivery options in Georgetown. Clean and comfortable seating area and hours are very convenient for university and hospital clientele.
Very very expensive, a male student can spend $15-20 for lunch. I would rather eat outside and then come back to univ to have classes
Food ok lots of healthy choices. 2 problems very limited seating you also get charged by the weight. expensive.
There are amazing many types of food~!! So you eat you want something. And It's easy to take a walk after eating, because there's in University.
I went to the newly opened noodle and rice bar here. The food tasted good and was made quickly. I'd go again.
Such a Versatile Dining Place
Epicurean and Company is such a versatile dining place. An on-campus cafeteria cum restaurant that's also very near to Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center and Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, Epicurean provides a wide range of food options at affordable prices.
From the buffet station, you can choose from a diverse buffet selection ($6.99 per pound for breakfast, and $8.99 per pound for lunch and dinner). The sandwich station offers hot/cold sandwiches ($7+ to $10), wraps, pizzas ($3+ per slice). The noodles and rice station offers soup and stir-fried noodles as well as a rice selection from $9 onwards. There's also a Japanese sushi station.
One might think an affordable eatery on campus might mean sub-standard food. That's not the case at all. The sandwiches are delicious, pizza less so but it's really inexpensive right. The noodles are really yummy! And while the rice selections might look dubious, it taste good too!
Overall, very satisfied with Epicurean and Company.
The best prices and options to have lunch at GU.
Great selection of food but usually too crowded to find a few seats to sit with friends
They pretty much serve everything. You do have to be careful to not choose too much -- they charge by the pound.
Great retreat after a day visiting family in the hospital. Good food and drink. So glad it is here.
Lunch was at best okay. They need to have better signage in the area where you order your sandwich at the terminal. It was unclear that you had to pay for your sandwich and THEN wait for it. Then, I tried to insert my card into what was only an ordering terminal. I had to ask another customer about where and when to pay. If they fix this issue, and the food, my rating may go up.
