  Came in from out of town. I haven't been there for over 6 years and didn't realize they'd changed. I was looking for a 120mm fan that I needed ASAP as I was leaving again the next day. They helped me anyway. Best customer service experience EVER.

  I ordered some parts from them online a couple of weeks ago well under market value. I needed it quick and cheap for an emergency. Arrived on Saturday in new condition. Everything is still chugging along and I am happy. I also recently ordered more parts from them and when I called to check shipping status I was told that they had went out of stock at the last minute. The gentleman on the phone was able to make some changes to my order and gave me a discount for the trouble. As far as small online retailers go these guys seem to be on top of it most. They are very friendly over the phone and will help you when you have problems. If I continue to need things online they will from now on be my first stop to check.
  
  I love newegg, but when you can, support the smaller guys. They are typically more helpful and it's another way to support the micro economies.

  Repair prices are pretty standard for the area, but their prices on parts can't be beat. As a result, you can get a quite good deal overall at 3B. Just remember: it's almost NEVER a good deal to go for the very cheapest parts wherever you are shopping. Content yourself with the second-best deal, and you'll be very happy.
  
  Repair turnaround is very reasonably fast (a couple days at most as far as I've seen). A hell of a lot faster than the big box stores.
