Excellent food in a relaxing, uncrowded atmosphere, at reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and attentive to guests needs. I highly recommend the Emporium.

This dinner date turned from near failure to a great success. It started with an online reservation, one of the great perks of your dining experience. We showed up and parked in the free parking lot which is conveniently located right next to the restaurant. The view, whether by night or day, is a beautiful view of the river with an old building standing out. Upon entering we were seated promptly with very friendly and professional service. We were seated in one of the best locations with a scenic river view making this romantic date that much better. After some conversation, we realized we had been sitting for nearly 20 minutes without being waited on. After walking over to a waitress and bringing it to her attention, apologies were given and condoloences were provided with a round of free drinks and a couple appetizers. We got the crab cakes and salmon pinwheels. The crab cakes were delicious, while the salmon had a lot of cream cheese piled in. For a meal we got the drunken gnocchi and steak frites. The gnocchi was very rich and filling and the steak and fries were smothered in a sweet barbeque sauce, which added to the well cooked meal.

So we started out poor ended up turning around quickly. This is more of an upscale restaurant and a very romantic place to go, however you can dress down if you so desired. Prices varied with some dishes being on the cheaper side, but others being more pricy as you're paying for good quality seafood and meats. The ambience added to the romantic feel with lights as decor and calming music playing overhead. After our meal we were able to walk around outside and enjoy the lights along the river. I would not recommend bringing kids here or coming for a quick bite.

We had an office Christmas dinner party on 12/11. Our party of 12 was seated in the loft, which was nice for privacy. Everyone said their food was good and our waiter was excellent. The restaurant was decorated nicely for the holidays.

Very cozy atmosphere. Decent but simple wine list. Most items are super high calorie, but tasty. Greek chicken is a great choice if you want lower cal but still good. Service was very good.

We went here for an anniversary dinner on 10/11/17 with my mom and my mom and I were throwing up before we made it back home. Clearly some sort of food poisoning. My husband called to report it and we were told we would be given a gift card with the amount of the bill on it. I wish I could give them a better shot but now I'm going to always associate the place with throwing up.

Very nice view of the river front. The food was also very good. I had the strip steak and it was cooked to my liking, which is hard to do.

We ate lunch here. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Give yourself a few extra minutes to enjoy both.

Love the atmosphere! It's great to look out at the river from the floor to ceiling windows. Their lunch salad bar is delicious.

I ordered a gift card from the Emporium to be delivered to my dad for Father's day. I was charged 7 additional dollars for the convenience of them mailing the gift card. Anyway, my gift was a dud because he never received it. Fine, things get lost in the mail, addresses get written down wrong, whatever. I spoke with managers on the phone four separate times. The manager I spoke with the first couple time was rude and short with me. I was promised to be called back but never was. I did get a nice manager who profusely apologized and assured me he would deal with this promptly but of course never called me back or resolved the situation. I'm not sure how their food is, I wouldn't know and thanks to their service, my dad doesn't know either.

Excellent food, the best mozzarella wedges I have ever tasted. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive, can really tell they care about the customers as well as their jobs. I will definitely return any time I am back in the area and will tell everyone I know to eat here. Wish I could eat there everyday.

Good food, good atmosphere. I went for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend. Everything was really nice. A little pricey-- but portions are huge and again, the food was good. I would have given it 5 starts if at 9:15 (they close at 9:30) they hadn't started vacuuming. There were probably 6 tables occupied and someone was going around vacuuming between the tables. It was loud, distracting, and rude. So bizarre.

Every part of this restaurant is first rate. The bar area is airy and delightful. The booths and tables have a nice feeling also. Drinks and food couldn't be better. Try the mushroom soup.
