Stole my friends key, which he paid $330 at the dealer. He couldn’t get it programmed. Wanted to charge $500 to program. When my friend refused, he doesn’t wants to give his key back to find someone. This is ridiculous. See you guys in court. Total scam! Estafadores!

Called for a replacement key fob. Woman who answered the phone in dispatch told me a tech would call. Repeatedly called the dispatch woman to check status who said a tech would be calling shortly. Four hours later and no tech, called another company. The US Locksmith tech never did call. My son was out of state sitting with his car and lost key for hours waiting and no callback, no show. Unprofessional. They should have just informed they were too busy or could not take the job.

I used US locks almost 2 months ago. George installed the lock for me and he was great. He advised me of the best lock to get for my commercial business and was very professional. Recently I had some trouble with my lock due to my metal door being so heavy and essentially leaning. I called George and he came by less than an hour later and took care of it. He went over and beyond to make sure that something like that wouldn’t happen again. Even though it had nothing to do with the initial installation. I definitely will recommend this locksmith to anyone I know. Thank you again!

Tom and us team really helped me a lot. Had my truck broken in to. Dealer wanted to charge me over 700$ to replace the locks. Tom did it in 30 minuets! And the bill was under 200$ definitely coming back

2 stars for being on time. I called because of the good reviews. Did not get “Christal”. Got some rude guy, if was at least cheap would put up with the attitude again. But it cost more then expected. Therefore will never call them again.

Greatest Locksmith ever!!!! I had locked my keys in my car on a rainy day here in Miami. When I called them I explained the situation and he got to my location right away. My locksmith crystal was absolutely amazing. To begin with I called and she got to me very quickly (approx. 20 min). Her customer service was probably the best I've had at any business. I had been struggling with getting my keys out of my car for the last 2 days and because I knew my money wasn't so great I tried many diy methods to open the car up to no avail. Finally I gave up and decided to do a quick research and found US locksmith in my Google search, thank goodness I called. I spoke with Crystal and she was very encouraging given my situation , she was very motivating. With in a short amount of time Tom came out and open the doors for me in a jiffy. Over all I am glad I spoke with Crystal and have my car unlocked. Great people great prices and experience.

I lost the key to my 2002 Nissan pathfinder . I went to US Locksmith and the people there were great. The tech was very nice and had me laughing the whole time I was there. They made a new key with chip for my car in no time. And they have the best prices a round. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone I know
