NEVER AGAIN!! I gave them a chance waited patiently and nothing. The lack of service and sense of urgency for their clients. Front desk clerk Mechelle did not have any knowledge of where my items went when she was the one who checked them in and handed me a receipt. I alerted her it was incorrect and she just told me to call the manager Tameka instead of making any attempt to locate my items. Manager gave me excuse of when I find them I’ll call you. Long story short It took for me to call the police and corporate so I could get my items retrieved. Customer is always right it made me feel like I was a liar when I knew what I had.

Amazingly quick turnaround! I no longer have to be gouged by same-day cleaners. Just drop off early and it’s ready same day with no surcharge! They also have a rewards program, basically spend $100 (accumulated in your account) and get $10 off next time, which is pretty neat. And Mechelle is a sweetheart!

Dropped off two dress shirts with ink stains. Person I dealt with at drop-off indicated that they would try to get them out, seemed hopeful and optimistic. At pick-up, stains were still present, but dealt with a different person who said they wouldn't get the stains out because they were ink (yes, that's why I brought to dry cleaner). She did not care that the shirts were ruined, only insisted on getting paid, was unapologetic for the entire experience.

This is my go to Dry cleaner Downtown. I wear dress shirt and tie everyday for work so here quite often. Service is great and if you get there early enough your cleaning will be done the same day. Dress shirts run $2.99/shirt If you are dry cleaning other items the dress shirt price drops down to $2.19/shirt. In 3 years they have never lost an item of mine.
