Our experience with the hotel was Horrible due to the two young receptionist !
They stole our stuff (umberllas,glasses,hats) the minute we turned our eyes and when we asked to see the cameras they told us that they weren t working and starting screaming and waving in turkish!
They told us that the spa and turkish bath is for free but when we asked for the service they took us to a different hotel and wanted to charge us 160 lira each and when we asked for the gym and turkish bath they started shouting in turkish and saying they dont understand english eventhough they were talking the whole time in english !
They overcharged us on the taxi service with 160 lira to the airport and when the taxi arrived he told us that the hotel staff gave him 100 lira (the charge for the taxi) and took the rest as a Tip!
They weren t friendly at all !
Its a lovely place and i was planning on rebooking for my next flight but i completly changed my mind! DONT BOOK WITH THEM!response / report this review -

Hotel is not good , room is very small and not clean. Toilet is Very small and they are not clean..
breakfast is not good..
The Staff dnot respect a people and they are not helpful..
If we need water the will take 5 TL
Every4 star hotel they are give free water !

Bad faculty no good management system phatatic rooms services very expressive hotel with having no facilities and the staff are not able to communicate with foreginer the only speak Turkish if u speak with them in English the can't answer u

The perfect place for a hotel. 1 min away from Istklal st. 5 min from Taksim sqr. 15 min away from Galata bridge and tower.
All in walking distance. However, I have a big problem with the tiny tiny rooms and the unfriendly staff. The interior design of the hotel doesn't match the city spirit.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel very near to Istiklal avenue and to şhişhane metro station. Rooms and bathrooms are a little bit small and room services need to be improved.. If you want the swimming pool you should go to another Molton hotel two or three blocks from this one. Decent breakfast. Take a room in a high floor on the street side to get the view.
