  These guys if u book standard riim give a very small triangular room wnding with the series 11 , too small for even keeping two bags , sorry to say the not very cooperative

  I have been to the hotel many times before it was really amazing but this time the hotel changed the breakfast place from the big roof top that was overlooking bosphor to the small ground floor area which is totally loss and negative experience. The people in hotel were noisy too unlike before . I like the hotel location only and helpful staff and bil boys cant remember their names

  What they do not tell you is that constuction activity is going on within the hotel. Non stop jack hammering all day and into the evening. It only stops if someone strongly complains. Agadoa is still selling this hotel knowing about the noise element . Best avoid until the building works are done. Management have put the hard working staff in a position of having to deal with complaints. Very unfair and poor decision. Even the lower rooms are affected. No refunds are offered so beware.

  Hotel was good, located in taksim square which is always bustling. I had an issue with them when checking out. The night before, I asked one of the managers if I can do a late checkout around 4 PM since my flight was at 9 PM and had two small kids with me. They told me they will confirm with me later which has they did when I asked them over the phone. On the day of checkout, I wanted to confirm with the manager on duty again, who was different then the one I spoke to and he said I can't do it. They did not even extend the late checkout for more than an hour saying the hotel was completely booked. Obviously that wasn't the case as I saw other people checking out late. If I would have known, I would try to find a different hotel for half a day. We ended up sitting in the lobby for 5 hours with nothing to do as we had our luggage with us. Probably will not stay with them again.

  I conducted a training sessions in this hotel.. comparing to other hotels in Istanbul i find this one the best a friendly staff and quite good service in all aspects

  It's nice experience to stay in CVK hotel for million reason .in the middle of the town near to the metro clean rooms.they accept the feedback positively specially ilyas the recipient .food and beverage mangers really nice wise man.house keeping stuff..etc
  Good place to relax and forget your stress.

  I love this hotel, always clean, comfortable,
  Good employees, with smile face and helps.
  I visited this hotel about 10 times this year.
  For business coz CVK Taksim is in the centre
  for all metro,shopping and entertainment.
