Hotel na mjestu i sve ostalo je kako treba/Hotel is on the right place and everything in hotel is just like must it be
Stayed there for the weekend.
THE ROOM was EXTREMELY SMALL for a 4 star hotel.
VERY NOISY ROOM you could hear everything through the walls in all directions.
THE ROOM was not cleaned, found it the next morning when i opened the window and dirt sprang under the bed.
To my surprise they didn't bother to clean the dirt when they came to do the bed that day.
POOR BREAKFAST, the food was not fresh actually i found insects on the fruits they served for breakfast.
ONE Star rating is Extremely generous.
I stayed here for a brief moment but loved it. It's a clean and cozy place. The staffs are well mannered and the buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Will visit again
Hotel is good. But basic room services are entirely bad. No drinking water bottle, no kettle, no tea/coffee bags available. Hot water for drinking is serviced on chargeable basis. Hotel management should take immediate action on these basic facilities. Other facilities are okay and satisfied.
Pretty nice and cozy place. Small but neat and clean. Staff was pretty cooperative.
And the complementary breakfast was quite tasty too.
Ideally located near the blue mosque and hagia Sophia.
Will definitely stay again.
Very unfreindly stuffs no many choices for breakfast very uncomfortable shower .. too soft bed and also towel were not cotton.. they didnt dry you.. not good feeling when you touched them.no sleepers in room. Also the safty box was not free.. very funnt for a 4* hotel in istanbul. All these thing made me to stay here just for 1 night..
Only location was good nothing else
nice 4 star hotel. clean and cheap. this actually was a free hotel ,given by Turkish Airlines for having a long layover in Istanbul.
The Hotel has a spa area , with hammam and massage , restaurant, terrace, bar and a souvenir shop. We also recived good direction into the city center and a pick up car for the airport.
Very nice and comfortable hotel with helping staff Close by to worth watching historical places
Budget hotel but very helpful staff. No one wants to send you out at 12.00 pm
It's ok, location is really good and it's clean. Very pleasant. Rooms are very small and it's hard to organize the stuff. In addition, they forgot to fill out the stuff in the shower and then forgot again after I asked. Breakfast was ok, should probably be better for Mediterranean place.
Love the breakfast there..rooms r nice too. 8 min walk from grand bazar
Everything was fine. Located in Old city.
Room was nice and quite.
not good. a small hotel with small rooms and staff non cooperative . pathetic service.
only good thing is that they are economical.
The hotel is offered on the stopover at Istanbul. The rooms were decent with a mini bar. Bathroom had no lock but was modest. Linen was clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had good options.
Area is good for sight seeing. We walked to the major historic sites at 10 to 20 mins.
The location of this hotel is next to the bazaar and other historic places.
Very central, clean, courteous hotel, in the heart of the old city
Terrible experience. Terrible food. Dirty rooms. Very very bad customer service, (rude, uncaring). Plenty of other places to stay.
Good location. For the rest room are small and should be renovated. Carpet in the rooms.. Bleah it is so nasty!
We spent 1 short night at the Grand Yavuz Hotel while making a connection in Istanbul. It appears the hotel may be being renovated. The room was small but very clean with adequate facilities. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. They also offered a very nice breakfast and made sure to have things ready for those departing very early. The hotel is within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, and several other notable attractions. Because of the location, we were able to see much more that we had anticipated. The next trip to Istanbul will be longer and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
