Small rooms, good location as it is very near to Grand Bazar and Blue Mosque. Roof top restaurant is excellent with good food and great view

The hotel is great. Morning breakfast, lunch, dinner, swimming pool, staff; everything and everyone are great. You're super close (walkable distance 5 - 15 minutes) from the main attractions. The only downside of this location is the night life. It feels dodgy at night, especially if you want to have a walk after dinner.

The hotel is located in a strategic area. All in fact on walking distance. Breakfast is good. Coffee is DE. Well that is not a real plus. They had the back-up ready: NesCafee Gold. Yes we used the back-up. Rooms can get hot even in winter time. When you open the window, understand this is a Islamic country. Restaurant has a view on the sea.

We have nothing but praise for the BW plus The President Hotel in Istanbul. For us tourists, it is located very close to the T1 Tram terminal, giving easy access to the airport as well as the major attractions, not forgetting the Grand Bazaar. We were welcomed and cared for by Mr Yazan, a receptionist that could communicate clearly in English, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our demands. The room was perfectly clean and fully equipped. Even though we visited at the coldest time of the year, the hotel room was very warm, even with our window open! Breakfast was impressive with the selection available and even the staff that didn't speak English had a smile when attending to our comfort. Take note, the restaurant has a nice selection on its ala carts menu and the price is surprisingly good value, possibly cheaper than heading out to a restaurant. On our next visit to Istanbul, hotel selection will not be another endless comparison search. We will again reserve our accommodation as we did previously, on this website!

Good rooms, good breakfast and ok WiFi. The hotel is well located, it's only within 15 minutes walking distance of the Blue Mosque and other historical sights, it's 2 to 3 blocks away from the subway, the Grand Basar and many restaurants and bakeries. The hotel also has a small gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and offers different types of massages.

Had a pleasant stay at BW hotel.. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and the views were to die for! The breakfast was good, however I do recommend that they add on omlettes and a wider variety of fruit to cater for people of all palates

Hotel room was not cleaned, only towels and bed sheets were changed. No coffee or cream was replenished daily. 3 days without any bottled water being sent to my room as the tap water was not recommended to drink. I called the front desk many times requesting water and even went down to the lobby and spoke to clerk on duty. I purchased water from outside the hotel and brought back to my room. No ice machines available for ice and if you need it you had to go the restaurant on the seventh floor and asked and they closed daily at 11 pm. I dined in the restaurant at the hotel and order the shrimp cocktail as a starter and it was spoil. To use the pool you have to purchase a swim cap from the hotel for $10.00 and there are no sign posted, to that effect, we were told to leave the pool or buy the cap before we can reuse the pool again. The pub was closed at all times. No body cream was replenished in the bathroom after the first two days. My stay was for 9 days and 8 nights and my room was dirty and dusty. I am really disappointed as I thought that this was 4.3 star hotel. No microwave in the room and the rooms are very small no space for additional pull out bed.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean and great service. Close to the grand bazar, short walking distance to the Metro. Would diffidently recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were. Very friendly and informative. Rooms were neat, comfy and modern. Indoor pool and outdoor terraces are lovely, must walk out in the morning to see the city wide view. Location is great, right in front of the grand bazaar & tram station! Only downfall is they don't allow food delivery from outside.
