Booked for 5 days,but after first night cancelled and moved to another hotel. Dirty,very noisy,old furniture,nothing works,frige is too small and stinky. I wouldn't recomend to anyone.

We have booked for five nights but the room was so disappointed, old rusted, dirty and terribly noisey due to the night club running whole night till dusk, we couldn't stand for more than one night and we left with the bad memory. Definitely it needs totally renovation. Only the breakfast was good.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at , the staff except 2-3 guys are really mean,not keen on helping , also if you ask something they answer in a way like “why did you ask a question and bother me ?”.I would rather stay on streets than stay at this hotel ,do not waste your money!!!

Very low quality hotel. Room was very dated. Bed was very noisy and squeaky. I could hear everything going on outside and it was very noisy. Bathroom was mouldy. Ceilong was very low. Breakfast was very limited. They didn't even have orange juice. Turkish coffee costs extra. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Avoid

Bad hotel not clean swimming pool, the breakfast not delicious , bad AC all places were too hot and terrible room service. No mini bar in the room and empty refrigerator.

No, no, and no. This place is overrated, I am not even over reacting IT ONLY DESERVES A STAR. I come from Dubai expecting a luxurious 5 star hotel, and all I see is a barn. The food is disgusting, this place is unhygienic, and the staff deserves certificates for getting on people's last nerves. The A.C doesn't work at all, and they don't fix it they just say "give it time". I really don't recommend this place. Go anywhere else.

I had so much hope for this place. Chose this place for the view. Thought it would be a nice location with a hot tub and a welcoming room. Got a reservation a week before. But I am sorry I didn't have a pleasant stay in this hotel. I go to a lot of 4 or 5 star hotels. I know how a hotel can be and it is so much more than this. Since we got to the hotel late they did not have rooms that were looking at the bosphorus, but at least I thought the room would be nice. But no! It was very small, when I stepped into the tub I could almost hit my head to the ceiling. There was no shampoo in the room until I asked for one. It felt cramped and the room decoration was awfull. Not recommended.
