Professional service. Elegant rooms although quite old with damaged furniture. Restaurant in the ground floor and club with terrace on the rooftop with spectacular 180 degree views. Restaurant is acceptable despite is short in desserts, only big spectacular ones. Continental breakfast is quite good with a mix of European and Asian and they can provide soya milk by request. Many guest amenities for free in the room although you have to pay 12 TL to use 1 capsule of Nespresso. Worst was that my shower wasn't working well and was throwing out dirty bad-smelling water.

I picked to stay in this hotel as I stayed in the Movenpick in Dubai so I knew it was a good hotel.
Having coming to Turkey to have surgery which was daunting on itself I hoped my 11 night stay at the hotel wouId be reassuring and it was.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great along with room service and housekeeping.
One of the managers Tansu always made sure I was ok and if I needed anything.
The rooms were very clean.
I am a very fussy person and I can’t find one fault with my stay at this hotel.

I travel quite a bit around the world as part of my job, but I have not had such a positive 'hotel-experience ' EVER. The only thing that I would change if I could are the mattresses and the pillows. Both of them are a bit too soft, giving me a back ache. One of the pillows could be smaller, more spongy and more firm for a better sleep.
But really, I have not felt so.looked after in any other hotel around the world as here. Food is amazing, service outstanding, rooms beautiful modern and very comfortable.response / report this review -

Movenpick hotel is such a good place away from home. What should be improved on will be around the restaurant, in terms of food options. Make more options of food available to cover some African dishes even if its going to be on specific days of the week and let your guests have this information on those days.

This is a good clean business hotel.
Rooms are a good size, they have a desk and free wi-fi. It is a really good business hotel. In the heart of the Levent business district. Bar was good
Breakfast buffet had a good choice covering most catering requirements.
It was a good price and in the right areas.

The bed was so comfortable and gave me
great sleep which is everything. High floor was a breathtaking view of Istanbul and minibar nicely stacked. Recommend the breakfast buffet which is the best in Turkey by far. Thanks for security made us feel extra safe. Will always return.response / report this review -

Rooms are clean and the hotel is near a metro station. But the district is not interesting. The problem is that they don't leave you privacy. Even if there is "Do not disturb" on the door they keep knocking and calling you. Most of all, we arrived on Sunday (banks are closed in Turkey) and they obliged us to go to an ATM to leave deposit for the first night. Never heard a similar thing, in not even one hotel around the world.

Wonderful service and facilities. Location is outside the prime areas, but the Levent 4 stop is right out front and next door is a bustling new tower and mall. Get a club level room and enjoy the added services. Breakfast buffet is amazing

Seemingly voted best business hotel. Rightly so! Offers a good compromise of comfort and convenience, neat rooms with great views from the upper floors and a good gym/spa complex with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel only features one restaurant but there are many around, and the vibrant Kanyon mall is only a 15-minute walk away (or a quick 1-stop metro ride). Located on one of the main arteries and above a metro station, it's a convenient base for this part of the city. Behind the hotel, you will also find more authentic little streets with character to spare, and a variety of donner or pastry shops, strewn with a few convenience stores.

Excellent location. Courteous staff and one of the best customer service you can imagine. We were on a business trip and decided to go for a meeting at the roof top bar. The bar staff were extremely courteous and even offered us a conference room for an hour although not pre booked for us to get on to a confidential conference call. This is what is called going above and beyond call of duty. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Istanbul
