It's nice and old place but the rooms are bit small and i don't know what's the idea of keeping a window between the bathroom and the bed room , but every thing else is ok and extremly beutiful

Good facility. Nose got stuffy in closed hotel environment. Open window fresh air was better. Bed was not up to the mark old mattress.

The design of the hotel was stunning however the staff could use some improvement. Every morning the suite my family and I were staying in smelled like stale cigarette smoke when the air conditioning kicked on - despite being in a non-smoking room. We explained the situation to the staff who acted like we were crazy and moved us to another suite after a few days of complaining. This didn't solve the problem. The club level employees were nice most of the time but the breakfast staff downstairs were rude to me if I was eating without my husband. I understand things are different for women in this country BUT THIS IS A HYATT!!! After awhile the cigarette smoke every morning was too much to handle and we had to go to another hotel. I have never had to leave a Hyatt due to problems not being addressed before. This place is beautiful - but it has problems.

Great location with waking distance to Taksim square. The rooms in hotel are very nice and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I have had a great experience in this hotel

It's a old hotel. Need new look. Not at all at standards of Grand Hyatt. I was quite disappointed. Thought of better amenities and facilities. But a very basic hotel.
Female staff was not available for spa and hamam. We had a early morning flight and Breakfast opened late. Reception said time for breakfast is 6.30 am and people responsible to serve said it is 7.am.response / report this review -

Extremely satisfying on all levels!
-Very well located: The hotel is situated in the heart of taksim, few minutes away walking from the Istiklal street and Taksim metro station. You can take 1 tramway T1 and be at Sultan Ahmet square in less then 30 minutes or take Uber or public transportation in the other direction to the bosphorus places.
- Highly friendly and service oriented staff
- Very good pool, gym and SPA
- Rich breakfast buffet: The chef can even live-cook your breakfast for you.
- Carefully designed taking care of little details to satisfy passengers
- High security: sometimes it gets a little annoying that everytime you re-enter you must be re-scanned as if you are at an airport gate. However it feels safe.
- Close to the Dolmabahçe palace, you can walk there. Also, very close to the cruise departure into Marmara sea.response / report this review -

Even İstanbul dont have a city centre, we can considers its in the main part and have easy transportation options to almost everywhere. Hotel serves insanely good breakfasts however parking lot is expensive. İts TL for hotel costumers too.

Great location. Not right at Taksim sq. However steps away. Also very conveniently located to bosforos river, Istiklal shopping street. Grocery shop behind the Taksim suites hotel, steps away from the hotel.
Stuff are very friendly and helpful. A very good gym. The swimming pool is outdoors, however quit small. The garden is nice (I came on winter, but you can get the picture).response / report this review -

Don't miss happy hours, these days they have a good discount on dinner. Pool is perfect in summer. Kind, problem solver and enthusiastic staff. Service is high standard.
