An oasis of peace and tranquility in the midst of one of the most bustling and exciting cities in the world. With a tram stop right outside the door to take you to all the places of interest, the hotel is perfectly positioned. Really friendly and helpful staff and manager. We loved our stay here.
It has reasonable price, and it is very close to historic places some famous malls, but it's not real 5 star hotel! They don't change sheets daily.
Nice place to have a vacation in istanbuil but if you don't care about the view
This hotel presents itself as a 5☆ unfortunately I have to disagree. I would say 3☆ is accurate because the hotel is quite old and "tired" - company doesn't invest enough money for refurbishment and services are not excellent either.
Anyway its really good deal/value for your money.
Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and great breakfast makes you feel relaxed :-)
But as I said who is looking for 5☆ standards has to go somewhere else and pay a lot more.
**added note: ceiling started to leak all over the room and their solution was to turn off the water instead of move and accommodate paying customers
This hotel is no where close to 5 stars or 3 for that matter. I have traveled a lot and this equals an old econolodge standard. Breakfast had the same slice meat from the day before. Pictures are just that, from an angle to mislead you. Not sure where people give high ratings, the only value is the location of the metro right out the front door. Hard to believe I paid what I did for what I got. This is nothing compared to Belik, Bodrum, Antalya, Cyprus 4-5star hotels.
rooms were terrible. bed was the most squeeky one I have slept There was no isolation i have felt like conversing with the arabic family staying just by my room.
Very nice 4 star hotel, nice rooms, very clean, good food, the only thing that could be better is stuff that is not always really friendly.
Do not go to this hotel, water in the hotel is not free, you have pay for it and its very expensieve, also valet parking is also very expensieve.
Do not waste your money there are better hotels.
very nice hotel and near to pazarteke mitro station quit hotel nice heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi
The hotel is clean, the room is great and comfortable.
The breakfast is not good and not enough, you have to pay for the water you drink..
Nice clean good hotel. Breakfast not bad. Baby chairs are always dirty.
This June while going through Istanbul we made a last minute reservation at the Eresin, there was a difference in the rate we were charged vs the one we were quoted, upon approaching the manager Ozay he apologized and gave us the lower price. When we returned to the room at night we found a beautiful fruit assortments courtesy from the manager for the inconvenience. The free breakfast is amazing and generous. The overall experience is excellent.
Perfect location, 30 min. away from airport in the worst traffic and 10 min. away by tram which located in front of the hotel to Sultanahmet area where nearly all museum and monuments of Istanbul located in.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful, the location of the hotel is amazing next to a wonderful historical place and also they have spa and gym.
Very great hotel I Sayed in more that seven time you feel safe and scurried
Very excellent staff and helpful
Established in a beautiful location & has quick access to metro station. It is easy to go around Istanbul from this location due to its good connectivity. The rooms are well maintained and provides all amenities like gym, swimming pool, steam bath, Turkish bath & good spa. The breakfast is awesome.
Stayed here recently for over a week. Very friendly helpful staff. Very good service. When we identified minor issues, they were quickly set right. Spa available although you have to book in advance to avoid being disappointed. Well placed hotel with trams and buses available right outside the main entrance. Istanbul travel card available at the desk. Major credit cards accepted. Ample parking space available close by. Couple of eateries available within the hotel. You can find a mini supermarket just round the corner. On the downside, the hotel looks a bit dated. Am afraid, it does not quite qualify for the five star rating, in my opinion. Not a big deal if you are not the fussy types. Overall, comfortable stay.
