Not a very good first impression of New Zealand's premier tourist destination by the condition of my 'first' room. My complants about its conditions were listened to and I was given another room. The overall experience wasn't pleasant for the price. The only advantage this place has is its central position.

The staff wasn't nice. Our room with an entrance very close to the street, was left unlocked after cleaning every day! It wasn't clean and noisy. The hater was on a timer. In the middle of winter in Queenstown, it is not acceptable! Many hotels in Queenstown are cheaper and offer a much better service. We will never go back there!

It's not a flash place but fantastic location right beside the shops and a great price for Queenstown. We had lots of heaters so I guess they have acted on the feedback.

The place is good and cozy. Just need addtl room heaters to get warm and also need to fixed the water heater. Over all experienced in here is above average.

Stayed here for 4 nights, excellent place to stay at with Family or friends. Great location, right near all the main attractions of Queenstown. Comfortable, big lodges. The manager Mangal is also very helpful, definitely recommend.

Close to everything. Easy access rooms if walking, which you only need to do as in middle of town centre.

Would not recommend this place, over-priced, not serviced daily and our rooms were dirty. Also the 2 single beds we booked were bunks! $500 a night!!!!

Convenient location on Shotover (downtown Queenstown). We had a large condo with 2 bathrooms (such a bonus!). Parking is an issue though.

Disappointed. Not quality for money. Our apartment had a leaking roof, dirty socks under the bed, and 2 broken/cracked windows. The furniture and fittings really need a revamp. Definitely not going back there again!
