  The view from main lounge is amazing. Kitchen excellent. Everything very clean. Great central location that's within easy walking distance to supermarket, bars, restaurants and the Lake. Even though it's so close to town it's very quiet. Highly recommend.

  One of the best yha's I've stayed at. All the usual things - big lockers in my room, kitchen with plenty of cutlery, lounge area, etc. Plus the staff are super helpful if you need to book trips and very friendly. There is also a pool table and heaters in the rooms.

  They think of everything (kitchen, showers very functional). I'd also lost my wallet the day before and the kind woman at the front desk helped me come up with an innovative way to pay using PayPal. Top place, highly recommend

  Nice basic backpacker hostel. The twin room with shared accommodation was livable. Wifi not strong, though. Sheets and amenities were clean.

  Great hostel! Rooms were a good size, clean, private bathroom, clean kitchen, friendly staff, all at a decently affordable price. Would recommend!

  Best hostel out of 22 I've stayed at in NZ! Really good and highly recommend it. Have stayed there twice on different trips. Book early because its that good its always booked out! Even in winter!

  An amazing stay while there. Big open space with a pool table (a plus for some people). The tv room was cozy and the reading room was decent in size. The room was what is to be expected but you did have a private bathroom per room. The kitchen was big and it fit the demand for the space. Would come back again in the future.

  Great location with fantastic views, loved having a bathroom in our bunk room. Nice big kitchen, not as much seating though. Lovely place to stay!

  Good view, relaxed atmosphere and staff, great accommodations. Not enough dining tables/parking spots is a bit of an issue. Otherwise a great stay.

  The hostel is located in a good place, good view and convenient, kitchen, living room, movie room r not bad. However, the bed is dirty, I don't think they change the sheet everyday, there r many hairs and dandruff.
