I had the opportunity to stay here for 3 days in June. Alex was an absolutely wonderful host. The breakfast is absolutely not to be missed. The rooms do have great views of the lake and mountains. The bathrooms are on the small side but still quite adequate. There is a large veranda that is shared by the 3 rooms upstairs. The common area and dining area downstairs are spacious and nice. The WIFI is free and the speed is good. This place is about a 5 - 6 minute walk from downtown Queenstown, thought the walk back is a bit longer because it is all uphill. If you are looking for a B&B in queenstown, make this your top choice.

Comfortable, relaxing, great location and views, convenient, and makes you feel you aren't just a battery hen like hotels do. I will totally be staying here again next time I'm in Queenstown.
