  15 minutes walk to the shopping centre
  10 minutes walk to the golden sand beach
  1 minute walk to Tairua Harbour
  The accommodation is fairly basic but you are really there to experience the location and the location is excellent

  Great Holiday Park, mostly privately owned cabins, many available for short term and longer term rental. Fabulous site on beautiful estuary and close to surf beach. Quiet and great, clean facilities

  We arrived here with our campervan Thursday the 7th of july, amazing place very friendly staff.
  Next day the 8th we had some trouble with our van and the couple who runs the camp site were super friendly and helpful.
  Unfortunately we are leaving after one night but there are a thousand reasons to get back to this amazing holiday park.
  When everything works out fine with the van, we will be back here very soon!
