We went for the romantic package and it did not disappoint at all. Customer service was great, the spa was even better, leaving our skin silky smooth. The location was nice too! Definitely recommend to take a stroll after the spa to end the relaxing day!

Enjoyed a relaxing private spas, came out feeling wonderful. The water was pristine clean, my skin felt silky smooth afterwards. The ladies on the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will make this a pilgrimage.

The spa no doubt was wonderful and my family had a great time, but the service is unbelievable bad and rude. I was late and one of the lady was no smile on her face and talk to the reception in front of me said " these the late people right " after spa is my facial time and the workers was rush us to pay the bill. She didn't even ask me how I would like to pay she just goes like don't forget to tell your people to pay. The facial is the first and the last not worth it at all.

Been here several times and so refreshed after. Clean, tidy and value for money.
Outside on top there is a café with nice coffee and salads.
Easy trip from Auckland one hour 20 min.
Early good parking.
Tuesdays cheaper.
Massage if you feel like it. 2/4 people fit in the tub.

Wow! The mineral water feels almost silky against your skin. Private wooden tubs for you and your party. Each private pool includes it's own shower, toilet and changing room. Highly recommend after a hike, or just to relax.

Great spas. Each private spa has its own little suite with a toilet, shower and change area separate to the spa area. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The spas themselves are well maintained and have clean water with adjustable temperatures, the water is just lovely and makes your skin so soft.

You need two people to use it, due to health and safety, also very expensive for half an hour. Didnt end up.going due to rules and cost

Love coming to this place. Staff always friendly. Very clean and private spas with shower and toilet. Only wish would be that the spas had views of the surrounding mountains.
