Very nice gardens and plenty of birds to see. $10 entry then $1 per bag of bird food. Not bad for young families. Kids would enjoy this.

Nice spot to stretch on our way from north to south. Walk around feed the bird and move on.

Good place to take in the beauty of NZs Flora and fauna with a bunch of friendly birds. Buy a few bags of bird food and have fun.

I do love taking my kiddies here there's lots of birds and water. Water is not fenced so watch ur little ones carefully. There's a park to play and a cafe there, this place is a bit over priced for what it is. You can purchase bird food for $1.00 which is fun.

Be prepared for extremely friendly birds looking for food! They will come from all corners of the garden to greet you. Beautiful if it is a sunny day

A nice way to spend some time with the kids. The tree house was a hit. The food at the cafe is great. Try the waffles. The number of chickens running about detract from the interesting birds though.
