This is a review solely for the photo and passport services offered. The service was conveniently located but I should have enquired about prices beforehand. 10 dollars to do a a PDF scan of a passport seems grossly overpriced. 25 dollars for digital photos is a little expensive but more on the ball. My brother recently had a document scanned in Pahia for $1 which is 90% less than what I was charged. There are other businesses in Tauranga offering a scan for similar pricing. The service itself was somewhat grumpy which also isn't on par for the pricing. The actual digital product presented seems to be of adequate quality for the e-visa for which I need to apply which is why I give two stars instead of one.
