Totally blown away with Ben at TCB , so easy to deal with and he explained everything we needed to know when buying our boots today, the boot fitting was perfect and we left feeling glad we popped in and got the boots we needed

Although an order I placed last year has still not arrived they are still a pretty cool team. Put a lot of effort into making you welcome, provide great advice sell top products. Now can I have my boots please??

-Knowledgeable staff.
-Good location.
-Did not provide me with a map.
-Did not adjust the seat on my bike.
-Did not inform me that transportation was only TO the start of Old Coach Road; there is no pick up once you complete the trail. You ride the bike back to the store, which is fine … if you have a map.
-Also, $15 is too much for one way transportation to the Old Coach Road Trail.
-My bike did not have a holder for a water bottle.
-As you can see it could have been a better experience.

Really impressed with TCB. Friendly staff, quality hire gear and good prices on the stuff i ended up buying. Will definitely use them next time I'm up!
