Stayed here for work purposes, rely on the yellow bus to get to the airport and hotel to and fro. The yellow bus never punctual at its schedule. Waited today from 10:40pm to 11:15pm, that's more than half an hour of wait. Sorry sudima hotel, you should provide a better shuttle service, I haven't even mentioned the need to pay for the service.

This place is a cheap knock-off of a 4 or even 3 star hotel. No fridges (no minibar) in the rooms, very minimal amenities and cheap construction all round. Staff are accommodating of course but for the price we would have rather stayed at a more established hotel knowing the quality would be there. For example no toothpaste nor cotton ear buds in bathroom. That said their pillow selection service was great and unique & the breakfast was on par with other 4 stars.

Very friendly staff. Love the firm bed and the quietness of the room. Would prefer a walk-in shower instead of the tub, but that's just a personal preference. Very reasonably priced. Conveniently located near the airport and the business park where our offices are located.
The food in the restaurant is surprisingly good. Breakfast could use some tomato and cucumber, but that is just me. Will happily stay here again.

Work conference location; offers multiple room fit out options, catering and accommodation all with helpful staff. The only thing it needs to improve on is the standard coffee - that was awful.

Reasonably nice place to stay before an early flight out of Auckland. Unfortunately there were some stains on duvet cover and dinner was pretty average, dining room felt a bit like a cafeteria. All in all not bad but not great.

Nice enough hotel next to the airport. Rooms were clean and modern but the staff Very friendly and polite but it felt like a training hotel. Restaurants food was great but again Waite staff not on the service thing at all.

We hope your hotel would have your own shuttle service like Jet Park hotel does. We wouldn't have to wait for the whole hour today waited outside the airport for the yellow bus to show up. It is quite confusing for the first time visitor like us.
