Good service, friendly staff , awesome location. I mistakenly left behind a number of items in our room and it wasn't an issue for them to courier overnight to me. Thank you will stay again.

Well, the fridge had a tipped over carton of milk in it, there was a plaster in the shower and the TV remote didn't work. The window seals didn't seal properly but they left me a note pad to fold up little bits of paper to make up for the lack of sealing. The restaurant was sub par. The people there managed to mix up my room number with someone else (who has a female name, so if they actually checked what they printed they could have corrected it easier). Food was average too. But the reception dudes we're cool and they have policies in place to help the environment which is neat.

The noise from the next room was very loud all night. We complained several times and it continued. They were drunk, and very aggressive towards your night manager. The next morning I would have expected to get a discount or not pay at all instead your person on reception told us she didn't have any authority to make it better.I Would never stay at your hotel again.

We had the good fortune to spend a long weekend in Auckland with 2 kids. The hotel is in a great location, directly opposite Aotea Square and just a 10 minutes stroll down Queens St. THe room was comfortable with basic cooking facilities (jug, toaster, microwave) which was useful with young children.

The SkyBus goes directly from the domestic terminal (door 4) to the entrance of the hotel making this a really easy to get to hotel.

    Would highly recommend staying here!

This place is great! The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly since I arrived. The rooms are small, but clean. I am also in love with comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance to every Auckland CBD to-do list.

A cosy stay in the middle of the city at a pretty ok rate. I was impressed at the amenities and cleanliness of the room. Easy access free WiFi and friendly staff. Not much of a view but it was more than I thought I was getting for the 'sale' price. They have valet parking for extra cost but I couldn't find any mention of it on the website before I came. Also the signal quality on the TV was pretty bad.

my worst experience in a hotel and in Auckland non the less staff didn't know what was happening most the time. it took the person who checked me in more than 30 minutes to find my booking after spelling my name out writing it down and even giving my booking number and i had to literally peek over the desk and point out my name. paid for valet parking and was told they couldn't park it after already paying for it. was not informed that i was not allowed to have a few guests leave baggage in my room while they hit the town. was constantly harassed by the staff every time i would enter the building rudely demanding i tell them what room i was staying in after talking to the same person 4 times. when we returned to the room after a night out sober the person behind the counter found it his god sent mission to watch my every move. he asked what room i was in and again i said my room then as i explained to him that the 2 people i had with me were collecting their belongings. he proceeded follow me to my room watched them enter to get their belongings and then proceeded to ring me from the front desk saying "you have 4 people in your room sir." i don't understand why he felt the need to ring my room at 4;15 to explain that he would call the police if they were not gone in 5 minutes! and as they proceeded to leave the staff member further harassed us by wanting to see what we had in our bags as we moved our baggage out. when i checked out i was greeted by a lovely man with colored eyes who was helpful. that plus the size of room were the only perks. i have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. i have been to many hotel, motel and resorts from very low range to the likes of the langham hotel and scenic hotel is the worst by far. the customers service needs to be really looked at because as a guest i did not feel welcome at all.

We stayed in a number of hotels around New Zealand. This is definitely the worst place we stayed on our months holiday. Very disappointed with the management. The valet, who i handed the keys of the car to, took the car to park it and on return had crashed into something. Although, minor damage would not accept responsibility even stating that he hadn't been working the day previous. Management then knowing we had not much longer left in New Zealand didn't do anything about it. Lots of noise from traffic all night long. Breakfast was poor. I would not recommend to anyone.
