Dave from the staff was super cool. The view is great from this place (if you manage to get the lake side room). Overall we had a nice stay.

Very nice place. Would be helpful if doors on ground level where closed when resturant is open. Noise travels down corridors

Efficient and simple. Nothing terrible but nothing amazing either. One plus is accessible to the Novotel mineral spa area. Unfortunately you do have to go outside and currently in end June it is near freezing to do so. Would have been better of they established some connection between the hotels that guests could use (they are connected for staff).

The cleaning team are very lovely people. It's a good budget place to stay and you get access to the gym and novotel facilities that the Ibis doesn't have. For my friend and I we had a double bed in the room and there was also a single bed by itself. The views of the lake aren't bad, it's very pretty and you can see a lot of the lake but it's not on the waterfront.

Basic but clean and comfy rooms. Good location, next to the food street and the lake. You can use complementary facilities in the Novotel hotel next door. Best thing- free parking.

Room incredibly small! Staff not that friendly when we were there. Bathrooms not that clean. Wouldn't stay here again

Great for family. Close to the lake. Peaceful but can be crowded at times. Breakfast is good but can improve on selections.

It's alright. Rooms are clean and we have one with a great view of the lake. The shower head though is fixed to the wall at shoulder height (I'm 6ft so not abnormally tall) which is annoying, and the WiFi is just terrible.
