Very quite large and clean campground, fabulous for families, pool, playground and games room, close to Waikawa bay marina and the jolly Rodger bar/ cafe.

My partner and I had an awesome experience staying at Parklands Marina Holiday Park. After arriving late at night after the ferry, we soon realized that we had made a mistake when booking and booked for the wrong day. Despite our mistake, the owners were friendly and more than accommodating and even upgraded our room free of charge. The cabin we stayed in was clean and the bed was big and comfortable, we both had a great sleep. My favourite part was the pukekos who came to say good morning to us! Even though we didn't stay at the holiday park long I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Picton.

Extremely friendly staff able to assist even the latest of arrivals (30 minutes past close). Location was nice and all the amenities were as listed. Highly recommend. 😊

From the time you meet the hosts you know you've arrived at a great camp, well run, clean, tidy and spacious. Yes it's away from the hustle and bustle of the Town center but it's close to the hiking/biking trails, marina and beaches. You wake to the sounds of birds all around you. There are cabins, self contained cabins, tent and power sites, swimming pool, bouncy air-filled thingy and tv room. Very reasonable rates too.

Parklands Marina Holiday Park Camp Park soothed my male insecurity by questioning my female engineer friend's choice of field of study, suggesting modeling instead.

Other than that, was a very nice holiday park, with clean, free showers! And clean bathrooms. Cannot speak to the pool/kitchen quality personally. Largest powered sites I've ever seen in a holiday park though- room for an RV + attached shelter + independent tent all on one site, which was very nice. Uses IAC wifi- 250mb free, paid beyond that, but internet is terribly slow- taking entire minutes to load simple purely-text pages.
