Good centrally located place. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Provided us with a mat and details regarding our ferry Wich was booked before hand. 7 minute hot showers where a drag but that was the only downside.

Good place to stay the night for self contained campervans - big sites sheltered from the wind, walkable distance to the centre. The highlight was a very friendly black resident cat 😻.

Non-powered site for 2 adults costs 44 NZD, which is overpriced:
7 minutes of hot water in the shower. Very poor kitchen, didn't even have the basics such as a brush for cleaning dishes, salt and cutlery, 2 pots for the entire camp. Feels like the owners don't care at all about the stay experience.
The good: showers were clean, music in the shower. Friendly camp cat. Convenient location, close to the town centre and ferry. Pretty good wifi signal (limited to 100mb).

Best TOP 10 park I have seen. Great for families and groups of students on budget. Proved cheaper to split a cabin with 3 people than stay in a hostel.

The tent site was a bit small, but since it was quiet that was fine. They have nice and clean facilities here and the staff was really nice. The hot tub on this park is great and they even have a pool.

Very tidy and well kept camping. Kitchen well equipped, 100MB free wi-fi, swimming pools, spa pool, hot showers. Tad expensive for a campsite, though. Paid 50NZ$ for a powered site for 2 persons with a campervan.

We had the best experience here. Our boat had broken down. We were checked in late at night and offered a very modern, clean, comfortable 2 bedroom cabin that was spacious and clean modern appliances. They set up a baby gate, offered a baby cot and toothpaste to get us settled. They also accommodated a late check out while we waited for our boat to get fixed the next day. Comfortable beds and fresh clean bedding. The rest of the property is immaculate with lots of useful well maintained facilities for a fun family stay. Thanks to Mel and Peter for their wonderful service. Elliott's and Newcomb's

Better than the other Top10 parks I visited. They have background music in the kitchen and the restrooms/showers; I like music. Very, very clean park; spotless. Compact layout so all facilities are close. Nice swimming pool and good location. I do think the wifi should be free and unlimited.
