Three friends and I stayed here while competing in the Kiwi Brevette 2017. We had booked in advance and found Ian very helpful in assisting with our planning. On the day we were due to arrive he rang and asked how we were going and followed us on Maprogress. We were late, arriving in the dark and rain. He and Pam opened the shop well after closing time and made us very welcome. Our room was ideal for our needs and the communal kitchen and ablutions were clean and well equipped. Before our departure the next morning Ian gave us a good brief on the conditions we would encounter on the next leg. Excellent experience!
