This placed has huge menu for pizzas and pastas. It also has vegetarian menu that helped us a lot. The staff was good and the pasta and pizza was excellent. I loved the thin crispy crust in the pizza.

Fantastic food, fantastic service. The other reviews are likely for the Italian place next door. Nuvo has beautifully presented dishes which are fresh and tasty. Service is brilliant.

I was most disappointed, I expected a nice Italian meal What arrived was average at best. My friend's meal was even worse, very clearly microwaved, grey meat swimming in water. Staff were friendly enough, if a little confused. The manager/owner(?) was grumpy, short and should not ever interact with a customer, in person or on the phone. In short, steer clear. There are plenty of other options in rotorua.

Have eaten here before, previous experience was quite positive. This time. Terrible. Rang to book, got the grumpyest human in the world. We still went. An obvious error. Food was terrible. My Bolognese sauce was swimming in a pool of water. Very badly cooked. The chap we paid when​ leaving whom I assume was the grumpy guy on the phone needs to do something else with his life. He clearly hates people. Not recommended. If you're eating out in Rotorua do yourself a favour and chose one of many better restaurants.
