Great location if you're in the area. Service was great, but be warned; the chefs leave at 9pm, so after 9pm, you're out of luck if you want to order anything. On the plus side, the rib eye steak (medium rare) was like butter and melts in your mouth. Trust me, I love steak and this is one of the best I've had must be local beef. The room was super cute, but keep your eye out for the lip on the shower edge you might lose a toe or worse.

The best accommodation! The restaurant is incredible!! The whole experience has been amazing for us, love the pool and the mineral spa as well! Great staff, we didn't want to leave.

Absolutely disgusted by the service and room. When entering the room on check in, the bed looked like someone had slept in it and just pulled up duvet. The bathroom was covered in mould and ceiling would be covered in condensation after every shower. Our bowls had food stuck to them. Windows in the bathroom would not open to allow steam out. The waterfall in the pool was turned on at 6:30 am which woke us up every morning. Our toilet seat was broken. There were no kitchen facilities which mean we had to get a glass of water from the bathroom.
We went to get breakfast at the restaurant and our food was given to somebody else.
After telling to duty manager on charge about these issues she gave only gave me a discount on one of the nights this experience gave me no hope in any hotels.
Overall I was disgusted by everything

Professionally managed and maintained, staff were extremely accomodating! Food is 5 star, and the complimentary champagne for our anniversary was a real surprise, and made it even more special. We will definitely be back, and would recommend it to everybody!

Was bretty good but not what you would expect for a Regent. And moving peoples bags 30min after checkout.. hmmm.

Bed was almost too small for two adults. Decor, while certainly a matter of taste, did not appeal in the least. All black and white, with occasional lime green, so cold and bland. The carpet did not feel clean, wine glasses in cabinet were dirty, and shower floor felt slimy. Not at all what it expect from a hotel.
