A nice place to stay. Good location, though the slide door did let in the sulfer smell from the nearby spa. Also, free Wifi is limited to lobby with time and data restrictions, otherwise is $5 in room. Breakfast was quite nice.

Rooms r nice and clean, could do with some updating. Shower head in our room was spraying erratically making showering messy. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even feed an animal this quality of food. Shame on them for serving that quality of food to people. The lobby was clean and somewhat updated but the hallways and elevator were from the 70's and very crusty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were nice, shower definitely needed to be fixed. There's a pool, hot tubs and a nice sized gym (that closed too early.) I can't say much about location since it was late but there is a supermarket close by. The service at reception was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful!!

Great place to stay. Quite accessible throughout. Room was great too.Took my own shower chair just in case there wasn't a wall mounted seat. Would pay to check with the Hotel to see if they have one available. As far as the bed goes, you wouldn't be able to get a hoist underneath but it was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. The facilities we're a little dated, but the location and staff more than made up for that. The staff was really friendly, and the hotel was close to Eat Streat and a bunch of other retail stores. It was easy to walk to just about any restaurant that you'd like. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The Spa: Great staff who look after you really well. Nice comfy, warm and welcoming place. Nice spa's to soak in. Offers great beauty treatments. A must.

Stayed in the club lounge
Was not given the level of service expected from a 4 star hotel club lounge
Rex who is there to serve and give a great experience too was far from it.Poorest service ever recieved from club lounge level
We were going to our room for the toilet when told we couldnt take our drink with us
So we left it in the lounge
To then the next morning our friends who was with was told that we did the wrong thing by leaving our drink behind unattended
To now paying $7 to upgrade to a warm breakfast to find a very poor quality breakfast too
Guys your staff look like the culture in the hotel is out of touch with a paying tourists expectations
Very sad customer as you have great facilities but poor ethics
I feel sad by sharing our bad experience

Room and bed were very comfortable. Pool/breakfast area quite cold. Staff was attentive and helpful. Very good location.

Good clean rooms, the bathroom fittings were loose and the menu was horrible for Vegetarian food. Recommend the hotel to have menu for vegetarian travelers

Good clean rooms and nice view overlooking the lake. Breakfast is very well catered and the staff are friendly. The car park can be busy, but always found a park.

There are a lot of insects on the ceiling and all around the room, and we make sure we didn't open the windows. However, the reception told us they can only offer the pesticide to kill the insects, but it would make our room full of toxic gas. This is the worst hotel I have ever been.

Adequate facilities. Building is a bit dated but tidy and clean. The room furnishings are pretty good. The a la carte restaurant is simply spectacular. I strongly recommend it. Although it depends which cook is on duty.
