  Very pretty i-site with an interesting little museum (with beautiful views) and a nice little souvenir shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice place to stop for a bit.

  Nice to stop by on your way over the Haast Pass. Nice little souvenir shop and a small museum where you learn a bit about the nature around and the animals e.g. the Yellow Eyed Penguins.

  Good info about hiking in the area, reasonably clean restrooms on the drive to glacier country.
