Beautiful waterfall. Quite a few people, and buses often stop there on the way to the West Coast. But definitely worth a stop.

Beautiful pit spot on your way to wanaka from the west coast!! Can get busy as buses spot there for tourist to look

Quick two minutes walk from the road into the creek and waterfall, worth a stopover.

A great stop to stretch your legs after a long drive. The falls are beautiful and just a short walk from the road. We visited in winter but you could probably take a quick paddle in the summer.

An easy walk along a sealed track that passes through kāmahi and silver beech to the 28-metre, spectacular and aptly named, Thunder Creek Falls. It looks really majestic with the beautiful nature around it. No wonder this waterfall is rated as one of the must see NZ waterfalls.
