  Staff were really great and room gets cleaned everday. Room was always warm and tidy when we get back from a full day of adventure. The view of the lake and the alps were mesmerizing. This place is great for families as you can cook your own food and do laundry if you are running out of clothes to wear.
  
  The city centre is also a few minutes away and bus stop is just across the road which is quite convenient.
  
  Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap are inluded. You will need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste or just buy from the nearby shops.
  
  Would definitely recommend

  Enjoyed staying at this place. Ensure you book getting the view of the lake. We ended staying in this apt not needing to go out as we enjoyed the scenery from the living room of the 1bedroom apt

  We were very impressed with the facilities and the apartments themselves. Walking to the center of Queenstown is no problem, and the staff was very helpful and easy going.

  Because booking quite late, this motel is only one choose which is cost 900bks.
  We have 4 people together but when we here the sofa bed wasn't open yet. I need make the bed by myself.
  The sound from ceiling all nightscouldn't sleep well.
  Reception is very warm lady, that is why I give this motel 3 stars. otherwise 2 stats is enough I mean with this price.
  Also bad the wifi, couldn't connect with 4 people at same time.

  Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Double entrance/exit from our room.
  Higher end of the affordable side but you get what you pay for.
