Everything is great with the exception of the WiFi limits. Only time I encountered that at an accommodation in New Zealand. Also stayed in places in the bush with more channels and better picture quality.

The room was clean and comfortable though it could have been laid out better. The room could also use a wee freshen up but the bed was extremely comfortable. I'm also not a fan of a shower over bath, issue if you have mobility problems.
Well it's only a short distance from town it does sit on a hill so again if you have health / mobility issues it's not an easy walk (If you like to walk)
They do offer a (free) shuttle service every hour though.
The pre-booked $20 buffet breakfast was ok. I found that the items I enjoy were all mostly well over cooked.response / report this review -

Rooms need updating as very dated. Was told to park on street as no parking available, although I had booked months ago, disappointing. After complaining we were given back park. Shower over bath not ideal, especially for elderly.

Had a wonderful stay. They have their own shuttle bus that takes you to city centre, and picks you uo, hourly.

I stayed for a conference in Queenstown. The location was fine with a short walk to the city and along the road to the airport, although it was on a hill. The rooms were undecidedly average for the price. Mine was dark and one downlight was not working. I did not have the breakfast which was $20NZD if prebooked. There is no free WiFi.

Nice clean large rooms, good parking, reasonable breakfast buffet, mainly helpful staff, good location, free shuttle to town - but rooms are desperately in need of an update.

Nice rooms and friendly staff, small trek to town but there is a courtesy van. I would have said 5 stars, but the wifi isn't free - isn't that standard these days? Sure it's only $5, but for the sake of goodwill, just make it complimentary!

Great and helpful service. Room maintenance was prompt and discreet. We had a dirty curtain when we came in but they replaced it once we drew their attention to it.

I stayed 3 nights here, first night I got a room facing the street on level 2 which was super noisy and I'm a very light sleeper, next day I went to ask for a different room explaining it was too loud and asked for a quiet room. I got a room on the 4th floor just by the balcony which was facing the courtyard - so it was quieter indeed but it was next to some laundry or facility room and I had constant noise from there plus the dining room as someone decided to start playing the piano at 11pm. Not sure what sort of premium u have to pay to get a decent quiet room but I got better service for less in other places and this place didn't cost me cheap. Please improve. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable size with plenty of towels so the noise knocked two stars off my review.

I stayed for 10 days between conference and R&R - the service was great with clean rooms with plenty towels and comfy beds. Appreciated the blackout drapes for when I wanted to sleep in. Only gripe is with the room service and the repeated hanging of plastic bag full of extra non-needed towels and amenities which continued despite trying to tell reception about it after the first time. If you're a fan of a clean towel with every shower, you're in for a treat Otherwise unsure why all the towelage is needed. Great place though and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Queenstown. Main attractions and eateries are also a 5-10 minute stroll down the hill, so consider that if you have mobility issues.
