Rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. They even helped with our laundry after hours. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.

Ok but not too flash for business travel, eg no accessible power plugs in room (only in kitchen). Plates not 100% clean. Bath was clean, toilet roll holder broken. Wi-fi with vouchers of 50MB each, got two vouchers for free.

Terrible experience with this motel, our ferry is cancelled due to the earthquake so we cannot make it and we asked for a refund or change of dates for the motel and they were not willing to be of any help but to steal our money in an already stressful situation. The manager was also very rude and unprofessional on the phone.

City Central Motel Apartments were great. Very friendly staff/owners and a lovely room. Really comfortable and clean. Would stay again, if I'm ever back in Christchurch.
