Good service and rooms are also good. The garden lawn is well maintained. Airport and city pickup and drop service is excellent.

A small but cozy motel, for people who need a place to rest their heads, some of the amenities where a bit out dated but it's convenience being so close to shops and the airport outweigh that.

Checked in to #7 room. It has 1 queen size bed and a single, with spacious lounge area, complete kitchen utensils, oven, microwave oven, salt and pepper, milk and cutlery, the bathroom is spacious enough with bath. Clean. Overall experience is great! Close to airport.

Quite tired, needs a lot of work to bring uptodate. Consideration should have been given by motelier regarding which unit to put a solo lady traveller in, not one on the main street. Shuttle service was good though.

We stayed twice at each end of a New Zealand holiday as it is convenient to the airport. It is neat motel and probably been here for a longish time.
The first visit the room was good but missed having no lounge or lounge chairs. It had a dripping tap which had to have a cloth to stop it disturbing us.

The second visit we had a larger unit with separate bedroom and it had two double couches
Some fittings somewhat knocked about such as bedroom dresser. There was a separate kitchen

The rating is based on combining both visits.

We stayed last night in Rm 21 and the double bed is SHOT.Don't know if you are aware of the state of the bed but at $175 00 per night one would expect to have a decent sleep.We had just spent three nights at Hamner Springs hot pools which does wonders for your back only to be all undone due to the state of the beds.The service from the airport was wonderful.

Fantastic service, they held our bags for free for several days while we were away on road trip! Their proximity to the airport, and their willingness to accommodate all our needs made this a fantastic trip! Highly recommended!

Rooms were ok. Some heaters didnt work. Windows didnt seal properly. Staff were nice and the place provided free wifi which was great. Courtesy coach was good too and the short distance to the airport was a big drawcard. Continental breakfast was very basic but it did the job. Would only stay there again if a good deal came up.

Absolutely awesome service; very accommodating and friendly - they went beyond our expectations and made life easy for us in getting to and from places in Chch (organising shuttles etc). Rooms were older but great value, very comfortable, roomy yet cosy and clean. Would definitely come back!
