  Thank you so much. We felt so welcomed in your motel and in the community. Great room, wonderful service including rescuing my sister and me in the pouring rain at the bus stop. I plan to return.

  Came here late and night and was welcomed by a lovely lady at the front desk. She kindly upgraded our room free of charge. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed.

  I stayed 3 nights at Bella Vista Motel during my stay at Taupo. I reached to the hotel very late and the front desk was already closed. However, I was pretty happy with how they leave the note for me. The put the note at front desk door with my name and studio unit number. They even remembered to leave the wifi password.The unit is pretty spacious, lovely and cozy. The hotel room has a nice little kitchenette and microwave.The bed was very comfortable. We had a very good rest after long day of a bus ride from Auckland. The unit is pretty clean and thanks to the housekeeping team. The hotel has few parking spaces. The hotel is located at very convenient area which is pretty close to the shops and restaurants. Most of them are within walking distance. I had very pleasant stay at Bella Vista and I would stay again at Bella if I have a chance to visit Taupo. I would definitely recommend this motel to everyone.

  GREAT EXPERIENCE! At Bella vista Taupo, I was a bit silly and tried to book a motel room in Taupo at 5pm. I booked using an online website but found there was a double booking of the last room because of the delay between the website and the motel, no fault of the motel. When I arrived though they were nothing but completely helpful and even went as far as to book me a room at another motel and didn't charge me anything. Great people doing the best they could, thanks guys!

  Another New Zealand Gem. Bella Vista Napier might be three mins drive to town, but it's the peace and quite of the motel that I loved the most. Murry and Laurelle clearly have an eye for detail, with the property immaculately presented from inside to out. Thank you guys once again! A++

  Good location, its next a 2 min walk down the road to the bars. and its extremely close to the lake without paying extra for being next to the lake. guy at the reception was extremely friendly and had a talk about motorcycles for a bit. My room was extremely clean and carpets looked like they were either pretty new or kept in very good condition. Bathroom was spotless and the shower has a built in soup dispenser on the wall which was very handy. If i ever come back upto taupo I will stay there again.
