Our view of Lake Taupo was breathtaking. We had our own private balcony too. Wish we could've stayed for more than one evening!

A nice motel and some rooms have stunning views. Overall the facility is clean and well managed.
Its not a luxury motel but its close to town.

Nice. Clean. Reasonable price. Don't like that you have to get wet if raining, to climb stairs to enter your room if on upper level.

Great place to stay. They have a pool and trampoline plus a playground. The rooms were nice and reception was helpful and checked us in quickly. Free parking is handy and you can pull right up your your room to unload.

I helped organize a weekend convention here and the Suncourt exceeded all our expectations. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests, were efficient, cheerful and helpful during the event, and the facilities were top-notch. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended for an event.

Loved the view, could've done with more lighting where the bag stand is but great restaurant. Food was beautiful and service was with a mile. Most pleasant.

The staff's are super nice. Rooms are cozy, view superb and location is fantastic. Walking distance to many shops supermarket and restaurants. Won't hesitate to stay here again ifnimdo drop by this area.

Good accommodation for children with pool and playground. Very easy walk into town. Room we stayed in was well proportioned and had two beds. Small kitchenette though, and on lower floor so you could hear people talking and moving above you.

Will never stay here again. Its like a old 1970's motel that has had a half pie renovation done. Still has the old shower but a new modern shower head has been fitted that takes up half of the small shower space, but I could pee faster than the water that comes out it. Still has the old toilet cistern. Can see the plastering on the ceiling - its pretty rough - the cornice mouldings don't even line up. And to top it off the door didn't close/lock so when someone walked past at 2am, our unit door flung open! I wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me!
