  Rajesh & I had a wonderful stay at this motel.we travelled from Fiji & stayed here for 14 days. The management and the staff really made us feel at home with their excellent and friendly service.the manager Shalen & the staff went out of their way to assist us wherever possible.the staff were very honest we had valuable items in the room which were never touched.the room was excellent & cosy, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.the room was serviced everyday giving us the comfort of home.very nice environment and a very good place to stay.Would recommend my families and friends to stay at this motel.Thank you Mr Shalen for a lovely stay at your motel..will definitely stay again..see you soon.

  Reception staff fantastic, helpful and friendly. The room was warm and modern enough. 200mb free WiFi a day, barely worth it but better than nothing.
  
  The breakfast though, rude and begrugding restaurant staff, the lady in the restaurant made it seem like we were an inconvenience, then they came around 20 mins before close and said we had 10 minutes to finish up. We saw a family with 3 kids get turned away despite getting in on time, being told already closed while others of us were still eating. They started vacuuming near us while we still ate, 10 mins before close.
  
  We complained at reception, as politely as possible, and the lady there sounded genuinely apologetic, but another guy piped up and said it was a regular occurrence.
  
  Accommodation is good, the restaurant to be avoided.

  Clean, easy to get airport. Says free WiFi but minimal before pay and slow. 2floors without lift.

  Seriously - not being vindictive, but one star is too much for our experience. Possibly the worst place we've ever stayed in. I should have listened to previous reviews. Incredibly unfriendly and unaccommodating front line staff. Had to double park my car late at night (no parking) and leave my keys at reception in case my car was in their way! Room smelled and we had to leave the window open (coldest night). Bare minimum of of everything; soap, towels, milk, blankets etc. Shower was the worst - only two settings - cold or boiling which only came out in a dribble (not even a soap holder). Old terrible mattress and decor; old and worn. Not even a lamp in the room. Silly me, I thought I might try their breakfast for $10 (I know, I should have known better), possibly the most economical array of breakfast foods I have ever seen. Do not expect much and you won't be disappointed. Yes it's close to the airport, but spend the extra time and find somewhere else. Oh by the way, don't even try and pay separately for different rooms for different parties once booked online.

  Decent stay before you catch a flight. Courteous staff. Room ventilation is a problem and so is pressure of hot water shower.

  Just a basic motel. Dated but comfortable. Only gripe was regarding the low pressure of the hot water.

  The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. But! The motel units were dirty, damp, moldy, smelt bad, there was blood on the doorway, the air hung heavy with the smell of stale cigarettes, there was a used condom wrapper under our bed, the sheets didn't fit the bed properly, the beds were so hard and we could feel the springs, woke up with sore backs, the walls were dirty, the units didn't have everything the website said they did and the photos online did not show the rooms as they truly are. The lobby and restaurant look great, everything else shows major cost cutting and we were so disappointed. Don't come here if you like cleanliness and have allergies.
