We stayed in 2 brm apartment for 4 nights. All staff was great and friendly. Rooms were serviced with clean towels daily. Location is great. Thank you

booked hotel on Saturday had to cancel on Sunday due to change of circumstances, money had already been taken from my account, rang hotel to advice them of cancellation and was told 3-4 working days to get my money back. 8 days later and numerous phone calls to rude staff have still received the money charged for a room I am not staying in and advertised as free cancellation.
And no explaination as to why it is taking so long or an exact time to when I can be reimbursed.response / report this review -

Worst experience at this apartment hotel, the receptionist wasn't at all helping with basic help in parking or planning. The breakfast here is a joke, a cold bad sandwich delivered the night before with a cane juice. We were asked to come over and collect coffee and tea supplies. The housekeeping staff enter your room without even knocking, no respect for privacy.

The room was lovely and everything was clean and tidy; however, I rang reception 5 times with no answer and asked for towels 3 times and didn't recieve them. I felt this was quite poor service and put a complete damper on the whole experience.

This is a pretty good service apartment. They have laundry inside and the employees are super helpful and most importantly it's located in city center.

Good size apartment for a couple with equipped kitchen. Within walking distance to main street, food, entertainment - a little further to the ferry. Complimentary pass to Les Mills was a bonus!

It's quiet, good space in rooms, the staff are friendly and it's good value for money. They aren't fully serviced apartments, towels and facecloths may not be replaced 1 for 1. Overall we were happy with our stay

Do not stay here unless you are prepared for the following
- stood on broken glass on floor/dirty carpets
- poor customer service
- untidy beds (even after service of beds)
- toilet door does not lock properly
- poor internet connection - need to give personal details like mobile number for access
- registered under two business names? very confusing are you oaks or VR?
- be prepared to fight for PAID parking also that is very limited
