Very unprofessional, rude service - When ordering I asked for hard eggs and they were very runny, when i noticed no customers at the till i took my uneaten plate up and said "my eggs were not hard as i had asked for, sorry" the chef in the background (woman with black hair) mumbled "at least dont be bloody rude about it". After hearing that i asked for a refund. Because we were seated at a table by the kitchen I also heard other negative customer related comments while waitjng for my food. I have never rated 1* before but i was so dissapointed.

The place looks quite cute, and the menu has some good options. The coffee was a bit average, food was decent, and the staff was friendly.

A great little spot tucked away. This is one of those hidden treasures that once you find, you are glad you have.

It's a cute little cafe on the highway in Tirau. Easy to find and has a fun craft/gift shop at the front. There are a good number of tables and the food is the usual cafe fare of good quality, although I did find it a bit low on gluten free options.
