Lovely place! Good service. The pools are clean and warm. The t.v. lounge is extremely comfy and inviting. Very well kept and I definitely would visit again : )

Facilities average. Would've rated higher except service by the man at reception was poor.
Very mistrusting of guests - I had an issue with a purchased wifi access code which was not usable and was accused for not notifying reception within their operation hours despite the fact that my husband and I needed to wait for our daughter to sleep for the night before we could use wifi (post 8pm) and we were to check-out the following morning, so we weren't able to plan for our next camping location.
On speaking with other guests during our stay, they also felt unhappy about the service received by the man at reception and that the whole feeling of "assuming the guest is going to do wrong" was not the way to make guests feel welcomed.
Maintenance staff however were good at keeping facilities clean and were respectful of and courteous to guests.response / report this review -

Was ok to stay at. Was promised 250 mb internet which is a pittance for 24 hours but it cut off at midnight. Did not know it had been sold to overseas buyers or would have stayed elsewhere as they were hard to understand and did not seem to know a lot about the area when I asked about the Maori attractions with the full cultural experience. Only good thing was the thermal pools. Limited channels available on the 📺 cost wise same as other hotels with more facilities available.

What a great place to stay. Easy check in, great location, great staff. Stayed in a cabin with toilet. Showers were nearby, the cabin was very comfortable. 100% recommend

It's a good motel it has public and private spa in it, also they have a steamy kitchen so any visitor could cook by himself it's a chance to try steamy food 😋

I would highly recommend as a budget accommodation in Rotorua. Cabins (these are actually rooms) are clean and functional. No luxuries but definitely good value for money and hot pools are a nice addition. If you book make sure to get a cabin with the toilet as there are some (basic) that require using shared camping facilities outdoors.

They must have overbooked during the holidays They processed our payment and gave a verbal confirmation on our booking. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification at all and ended up sleeping in the car as all inns in the area are fully booked. It was really troublesome! They suggested to squeeze us in for the same amountit's totally unacceptable!
