Don't stay in the motel part. Trust me, and the bar is good because it has alcohol and the staff are rather nice. The building itself is not great and the toilets are terrible.

Excellent function room. Fun to be had. Doesn't have a 3 phase socket for entertainment, but does have enough single phase power in room to make what we did happen.

This place is an absolute shit hole. There were no meals available only bar snacks in a bar full of scruffy drunks. The management has no place to be in the hospitality industry. My room stunk to cigarette smoke and was not quiet the Karaoke went until midnight and I heard every noise that went on preventing me from a good nights sleep. There is a huge stain on the mattress as if someone has wet the bed. Avoid this place like the plague.
