Firstly, I was given a noisy ground floor room (only one). Then they were nice to be flexible and give me an alternative room.
Place was clean, the internet worked and A/C was okay. It does have a fairly sterile feel to it.

The hotel is quite nice. Rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is small but enough. Breakfast is great, with a lot of things to choose from.

Great quality hotel with very nicely furnished rooms near to the flower market in Amsterdam. Hotel is great and close to lots of bars/restaurants for eating out.

We stayed in the family suite. It was very nice and included Nespresso, Heineken Torp, and was very stylish. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for a City Trip to Amstersam. Great Service and lots of attractions can be rached by foot. There is also a Bus/Metro Station right in Front of the door

Just stayed here and found it to be really nice. Room wasn't especially big but we didn't opt for anything large when booking. What we did have was decorated nicely. Complimentary coffee pod machine in room is a nice touch. Despite having a card for free public transport we hardly used it as although on the map the hotel appears to be far from the train station it is still very central to everything else you'd want to visit so that was nice. Have to specifically thank Jennifer on the front desk who really helped us out when we checked out on our last day. Thank you.

Fine boutique hotel, good central location. Staff was helpful and kind. No major complaints but nothing particularly unique. Beds and bathrooms were a bit small but presumably par for the course for the area. Value consistent with price.

Very clean and modern feel. Staff was very helpful . Great location with everything 5 to 15 minute walk away . Would go back for sure.

This is a nice hotel, stylish design in a great location. Sadly it is a little run down and missing the special touches that make a hotel great. I had a large room but it was a bit noisy over looking the main street with trams going past often.

Great boutique hotel with great service. The only issue I had was the construction noises in the morning but the hotel apologized and gave me free breakfast to apologize. Also there's an amazing restaurant in the hotel called Senses, so you're close to great food.

Decent hotel, good location with the Van Gogh museum within a 20 minute walking distance. Good night life and restaurants are just on the door step.

Staff are friendly and very attentive, you are always welcomed with a smile.

Our room was fairly small so make sure to double check with the hotel which room you are getting. It may be because I booked through a comparison site.
